Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. Our goal is to help you sort through these new, unexpected, and overwhelming feelings and create actionable takeaways to use and apply. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reduce anxiety and depression and work with you to better understand your struggles and find a new way forward. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.
